Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Quotations become a binding contract upon written acceptance and receipt of the agreed deposit. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Warranties
Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and require ongoing planned maintenance carried out by an F-Gas-registered company to remain valid. Our workmanship warranty is separate and its scope will be set out in your contract.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We carry £10m public liability insurance and £5m professional indemnity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
