Offices

Whole-floor VRV/VRF, high-wall splits for cellular offices, ducted units above ceiling voids. AccuTemp specifies to occupancy density and glazing rather than area, and integrates with Trend, Tridium or Schneider BMS.

Retail

Roof-mounted VRV/VRF with concealed indoor units, aesthetic-led cassette selection and out-of-hours install slots. Multi-site rollouts run to the same asset register across every store.

Hospitality (hotels, restaurants)

Guest-room VRV heat recovery, kitchen ventilation balance and lobby comfort under one design. Sound levels and vibration isolation are engineered in from the survey, not corrected later.

Healthcare & dental

HTM-compliant specifications, HEPA filtration options, isolation-room requirements and PPM regimes aligned to CQC. All engineers hold enhanced DBS clearance.

Industrial & logistics

Warehouse office cooling, close-control for MER and switch rooms, and process-cooling chillers. Robust access-equipment and eaves-height installation planned into the risk assessment.

Education

Term-time-only install windows, safeguarding-cleared engineers and BB101-compliant fresh-air integration. Compatible with Salix and DfE decarbonisation funding routes.

Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Warwick, Rugby, Nuneaton — same-day emergency attendance, next-working-day installs across our home patch.

East & South Midlands

Leicester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Derby, Nottingham, Oxford — routine within 60–90 minutes; PPM contracts run on the same day of the month, year on year.

London & the South East

Central London, City, Docklands, Reading, Slough, M25 corridor — planned works and multi-site PPM covered directly by AccuTemp engineers, not subcontracted.

North West & Yorkshire

Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield — commercial estate rollouts and framework work delivered from our Coventry base with route-based PPM scheduling.

Nationwide framework

Multi-site clients (retail, hospitality, healthcare, logistics) receive a single UK asset register, one PPM contract, and one point of escalation — no regional handoffs.

Where does AccuTemp work?

AccuTemp is headquartered in Coventry and delivers projects UK-wide. Same-day emergency attendance covers the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Northamptonshire; nationwide sites are attended the next working day. Multi-site framework clients receive one UK PPM contract with no subcontracted regions.

Do you handle multi-site retail or hospitality rollouts?

Yes. AccuTemp holds framework and multi-site contracts for retail and hospitality clients with a single UK asset register, one PPM contract and one escalation point. Rollouts run to a standardised specification, install checklist and commissioning pack across every store.

Are AccuTemp engineers cleared for healthcare and education sites?

Yes. Every AccuTemp engineer holds an enhanced DBS clearance and is briefed on the sector-specific standards for the site — HTM 03-01 in healthcare, BB101 in schools, PAS 2035 principles where relevant on decarbonisation-funded work.

What if my site isn't in the Midlands?

AccuTemp routinely installs and maintains sites nationwide. Emergency attendance for non-Midlands sites is next working day; PPM visits are scheduled route-based so nothing subcontracts out. HQ, quoting and account management stay in Coventry.
