What does AccuTemp do?

AccuTemp designs, installs and maintains commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems across the UK, including TM44 statutory inspections. We work only on non-domestic buildings — offices, retail, healthcare, hospitality, logistics and industrial sites.

When was AccuTemp founded and where are you based?

AccuTemp was founded in 2010 and is headquartered at Justa House, 204-206 Holbrook Lane, Coventry CV6 4DD. We deliver projects across the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Staffordshire, and nationwide for larger contracts.

Does AccuTemp use subcontractors?

No. Every engineer is directly employed by AccuTemp. There are no subcontractors and no chains of liability, which is why our clients keep the same team from quote through year 15 of maintenance.

What accreditations does AccuTemp hold?

AccuTemp is a Daikin D1+ Premier Partner (Daikin's top UK installer tier — extended warranties up to 7 years and priority parts access), Mitsubishi Electric factory-trained and accredited, Constructionline Gold, BESA member, ISO 9001 certified, F-Gas registered, CHAS, SafeContractor and REFCOM registered.

How can I contact AccuTemp?

Phone 024 7722 0111, WhatsApp us on +44 24 7722 0111, or email sales@accutemp.co.uk. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30, and we respond to all commercial enquiries within four hours during those hours.

Why AccuTemp

How we're different

In-house engineers, Constructionline Gold, and 16-year average install lifespans.

See why AccuTemp
What makes AccuTemp different from other commercial AC installers?

Three things: an in-house engineering team (no subcontractors), one of the strictest accreditation stacks in the UK (Constructionline Gold sits with fewer than 100 HVAC firms), and installation quality that consistently produces 16-year system lifespans.

Why does Constructionline Gold matter?

Constructionline Gold is the top tier of the UK's most widely recognised procurement pre-qualification. Fewer than 100 HVAC firms hold it. For clients it removes the PQQ workload and evidences financial stability, health & safety, and quality management.

How long do AccuTemp installations last?

AccuTemp installations consistently deliver 16-year lifespans, well above the industry norm of 10–12 years. That comes from correct sizing at design stage, premium equipment and in-house commissioning rather than value engineering.

How quickly does AccuTemp respond to service calls?

AccuTemp responds to all commercial enquiries within four hours during operating hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30). Maintenance contract holders receive 24/7 emergency support.

What commercial air conditioning services does AccuTemp offer?

AccuTemp offers commercial AC installation (single-split, multi-split, VRV/VRF), planned preventative maintenance, TM44 energy inspections, ventilation, chiller and heat-pump work, and 24/7 emergency support for contract clients.

Do you install both Daikin and Mitsubishi systems?

Yes. AccuTemp is a Daikin D1+ Premier Partner and Mitsubishi Electric factory-trained on City Multi VRF, Mr Slim and Lossnay ventilation — the two most widely installed commercial platforms across the Midlands. We also specify Fujitsu and Toshiba where a client's estate or brief calls for it, and recommend the manufacturer that best matches the load, sound and aesthetic constraints of the site.

What is TM44 and do I need an inspection?

TM44 is a statutory air conditioning energy inspection required for any non-domestic building with a combined AC cooling capacity above 12 kW. Inspections must be carried out at least every five years by an accredited assessor. AccuTemp is a TM44 accredited assessor and can carry out inspections nationwide.

How much does a commercial AC installation cost?

Commercial AC installations with AccuTemp start from £1,490 + VAT for single-split systems. Multi-split, VRV and VRF projects are quoted after a free site survey — cost depends on cooling load, pipework runs, indoor unit selection and access.

How much does commercial AC servicing cost?

Servicing and planned preventative maintenance visits start from £100 + VAT per visit for a single-split system. Larger multi-split, VRV/VRF and chiller estates are priced on scope after a free site survey.

Do you offer planned preventative maintenance contracts?

Yes. AccuTemp offers 6-month and 12-month planned preventative maintenance contracts. Each visit includes filter cleaning, refrigerant checks, F-Gas logging, electrical checks and a detailed photo report suitable for landlord and FM audits.

AccuTemp Solutions

Predictive HVAC controls

How the AI control layer sits on top of your existing BMS and plant.

About Solutions
What is predictive HVAC control?

Predictive HVAC control uses self-adapting AI to learn how a building responds to occupancy, weather and internal loads, then pre-empts demand rather than reacting to setpoints. The result is lower energy use, longer equipment life and steadier occupant comfort.

How much energy can predictive HVAC save?

AccuTemp's predictive controls reduce HVAC energy use by up to 25% and operational carbon by up to 40% versus rule-based BMS control. Savings are metered and reported monthly against a pre-deployment baseline.

Do I need to replace my existing HVAC plant?

No. AccuTemp's predictive layer sits on top of existing VRV, chiller, AHU and heat-pump plant via standard BMS protocols. There is no rip-and-replace.

How long does deployment take?

A typical deployment takes 4–8 weeks from BMS integration to live control, depending on estate size and data availability. Savings begin compounding from month one.

Decarbonisation & reporting

SECR, ESOS, CSRD — and how predictive control cuts operational carbon without new plant.

Sustainability
How does predictive HVAC cut carbon emissions?

Predictive control right-sizes cooling and heating demand in real time, shifting loads away from peak grid-carbon periods and eliminating the over-supply that fixed BMS schedules produce. Typical operational carbon reductions are up to 40%.

Can AccuTemp help with SECR, ESOS and CSRD reporting?

Yes. Every saving is metered, time-stamped and exportable as evidence for SECR, ESOS and CSRD disclosures — no manual reconciliation.

Do I need to replace equipment to decarbonise my HVAC?

No. AccuTemp's predictive layer works with your existing plant via standard BMS protocols. Replacement only comes at end-of-life, and until then you decarbonise through smarter operation, not capex.
